Feasibility & Due Diligence
I tell you whether the project stands up before you commit a single euro: asset condition, risks, real cost and expected return.

I protect your investment across the whole building life cycle: feasibility, construction, commissioning and maintenance. Over 30 years as the owner's technical representative with architects, contractors and authorities.
A typical Project Manager stops at practical completion. I also know how to commission and run the building, because I have led Facility Management teams. That changes how decisions are made from day one.
Does it make sense? What will it really cost?
Technical review, budget and procurement.
Time, cost, quality and safety under control.
Systems tested before handover.
Maintenance, CAPEX and aftercare.
Hire me for the whole cycle or just for the stage you need.
I tell you whether the project stands up before you commit a single euro: asset condition, risks, real cost and expected return.
I plan, procure and control the works on your behalf. Regular reporting, no surprises on time or cost.
I check that everything works as paid for before you accept the building, especially in demanding facilities: labs, healthcare, industry.
I organise maintenance and capital works for buildings in use so they keep their value and cost less to run.
You have a sizeable project and no in-house technical team, or your team is stretched.
You're about to build or renovate your home and want someone on your side who speaks the language of construction.
A selection of projects where I was involved across the whole cycle or in specific stages: Project Management, site supervision, quality control, commissioning, health & safety, feasibility, off-site construction and Facility Management.

Arquitecto Técnico, the Spanish equivalent of a Building Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor · BSc in Building Engineering · CATEB registration no. 6226
I have spent over 30 years managing building projects: homes, schools, health centres, laboratories, offices and industrial plants, in Spain and the United States.
I've been on both sides: running construction sites and managing buildings in use, with a 10-person team I built from scratch. That's why I know which construction decisions turn out to be expensive years later.
I work independently, solely in your interest.
Many projects start without a solid estimate. I review your project or idea and give you a figure checked against real builds, before you sign anything with anyone.
That's my job. I act as your technical representative: I check what is built, approve valuations before you pay and handle issues with the contractor and the authorities.
An idea can be brilliant and technically unworkable, or the other way round. A feasibility study tells you the truth about regulations, cost and timing before you invest.
With a conversation. Tell me about your situation in the free consultation and I'll explain, without jargon, what the steps are, in what order and what each one costs.
No. I coordinate and control everyone involved on your behalf so that each party delivers. If you don't have them yet, I'll help you choose them.
Yes. I'm based in Barcelona and have worked in more than 20 cities, including outside Spain.
The first consultation is free and with no obligation.
